My story
I began my own healing journey when I was about 20 years old when I was feeling there had to be “something more” to life than what I was experiencing. I had big questions about the meaning and purpose of my life and wasn’t finding answers that felt right to me. All the pain from my past came rushing forth one day from the depths of my aching soul and I began my quest to heal myself. I saw a wonderful counselor that helped me make sense of the pain I was feeling and that led me to seek other forms of personal and spiritual growth work.
Everything changed the day I felt energy for the first time. It was as if I had come home. I had a soul retrieval with a shaman and during that experience I reconnected with parts of myself that I had lost due to traumatic events from my childhood. I got to see and feel how those events shaped me, how the pain was still right there and most importantly, how I was meant to move on from it.
From that moment on I was changed. I knew there was a higher purpose for my life and that there was something greater than myself guiding me through the process of evolving my soul. I became a student of spirituality and self-discovery. I wanted to learn how I could heal myself at the soul level and how I could connect with the energy of the universe to create a life I loved living. The journey has been both difficult and infinitely rewarding. I have learned so much and grown so much and know it is my life’s work to guide others in this sacred journey.
What has always touched me is seeing people in emotional pain and seeing people realize their dreams and knowing that they don’t have to suffer, so that is the focus of my practice. I teach people how to heal the energies with the past and the aching of the soul so they can move forward onto their path of highest light and express their soul’s greatest potential.
